Numis LLC (“Numis,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to providing transparency regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of information obtained through the Numis platform, website, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy explains how Numis collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information relating to users, prospective users, and visitors to the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, submitting information to Numis, or communicating with Numis, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected:
- through the Platform;
- through communications with Numis;
- through account registration and subscription onboarding;
- through listing submissions and inquiries;
- and through related administrative, operational, and customer-service activities.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, payment processors, or external platforms that may be linked to or integrated with the Platform.
2. Information We Collect
Numis may collect information directly from users, automatically through use of the Platform, and from third-party service providers.
2.1 Information Provided by Users
Numis may collect information submitted by users or prospective users, including:
- full name;
- username;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- mailing address;
- account credentials;
- subscription and billing information;
- inventory descriptions and listing information;
- photographs and listing-related materials;
- communications submitted to the Platform;
- inquiry submissions;
- identity-verification materials;
- and other information voluntarily provided to Numis.
2.2 Verification Information
In certain circumstances, users seeking account verification, enhanced account access, or certain Platform-related services may be asked to provide additional identity-verification materials, including government-issued identification documents or related information.
Verification materials are collected solely for limited administrative, identity-confirmation, fraud-prevention, security, compliance, operational, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes as determined by Numis in its sole discretion.
Any verification-related review conducted by Numis is limited in scope and does not constitute authentication, certification, endorsement, investigation, financial review, legal review, or a guarantee regarding any user, listing, transaction, inventory, ownership interest, authenticity, or legal compliance.
Verification materials may be stored through third-party cloud-storage or technology providers utilized by Numis in connection with Platform operations.
2.3 Payment Information
Subscription and payment processing services are handled through third-party payment processors and merchant service providers.
Numis does not directly store full payment-card information on the Platform.
Payment processors may independently collect, process, store, and maintain payment information subject to their own privacy policies, terms, and security practices.
2.4 Automatically Collected Information
Numis may automatically collect certain technical or usage-related information in connection with use of the Platform, including:
- internet protocol (IP) addresses;
- browser type;
- device information;
- operating system information;
- referral information;
- access times;
- usage activity;
- and general interaction data relating to Platform performance, administration, analytics, security, or operational improvement.
Numis reserves the right to utilize analytics tools, cookies, usage-monitoring technologies, advertising technologies, tracking technologies, or related services in connection with operation, administration, improvement, security, development, marketing, or functionality of the Platform.
3. How Numis Uses Information
Numis may use collected information for lawful business and operational purposes, including:
- administering user accounts;
- onboarding subscribers;
- publishing and managing listings;
- communicating with users;
- responding to inquiries;
- processing subscriptions and billing;
- verifying user information;
- maintaining records;
- monitoring fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or suspicious activity;
- improving Platform functionality;
- enforcing Platform policies and agreements;
- protecting the rights, safety, and security of Numis and its users;
- complying with legal obligations;
- and operating, developing, marketing, maintaining, or transferring the Platform and related business operations.
4. Communications
Numis may send users:
- account-related communications;
- billing notices;
- renewal notices;
- listing-related communications;
- administrative notices;
- service announcements;
- marketing communications;
- and promotional materials.
Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided in applicable communications. Users may continue to receive transactional, administrative, legal, or account-related communications even if marketing communications are declined.
5. Disclosure and Sharing of Information
Numis may disclose or share information:
- with payment processors and merchant-service providers;
- with hosting providers, cloud-service providers, and technology vendors;
- with contractors, consultants, or service providers assisting Platform operations;
- in connection with fraud prevention, security investigations, or chargeback disputes;
- to comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, court orders, or governmental requests;
- to protect the rights, property, or safety of Numis, users, or third parties;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, asset sale, or transfer of business operations;
- or with user consent or at user direction.
Numis may also use, disclose, transfer, license, or otherwise utilize user-related information, aggregated information, business records, or Platform-related information in connection with lawful business operations, analytics, operational development, marketing activities, commercial relationships, business transfers, or future Platform-related services, subject to applicable law.
6. Data Retention
Numis may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for:
- operational purposes;
- subscription management;
- fraud prevention;
- dispute resolution;
- chargeback defense;
- security monitoring;
- legal compliance;
- recordkeeping;
- business operations;
- or enforcement of agreements and policies.
Numis reserves the right to retain information following account closure, cancellation, suspension, or deactivation where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, legal, compliance, security, or operational purposes.
7. User Accounts and Administrative Control
At launch, user accounts, listings, communications, and account-management functions are administered directly through Numis and its admin-controlled processes.
Users do not currently maintain unrestricted self-service control over account creation, listing publication, suspension, cancellation, deletion, or communication-routing functions.
Numis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
- review;
- approve;
- modify;
- reject;
- suspend;
- deactivate;
- remove;
- reformat;
- or decline to publish accounts, listings, communications, inquiry submissions, or user content at any time.
Any administrative handling, communication routing, formatting assistance, moderation activity, or publication decision undertaken by Numis is performed solely for operational and platform-management purposes and does not constitute authentication, investigation, endorsement, transaction participation, or assumption of responsibility for any listing, user, inquiry, or transaction.
8. International Users
The Platform is intended solely for users located within the United States.
Users may not access or use the Platform from any jurisdiction where such access or use would violate applicable law, sanctions restrictions, export controls, or trade regulations.
By accessing or using the Platform, users represent and warrant that they are not:
- located in a jurisdiction subject to applicable United States sanctions or trade restrictions;
- identified on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list;
- or otherwise prohibited from accessing the Platform under applicable law.
Numis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, terminate, or block access from any geographic region, jurisdiction, internet protocol address, or user that Numis believes may create legal, regulatory, sanctions-related, compliance, or security risk.
9. Data Security
Numis utilizes commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to help protect information maintained by Numis.
However, no method of internet transmission, cloud storage, electronic storage, or security procedure is completely secure, and Numis does not guarantee absolute security of any information.
Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with electronic communications, internet-based services, and cloud-based data storage.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform may incorporate or rely upon third-party services, payment processors, hosting providers, cloud-storage providers, or external platforms not owned or controlled by Numis.
Numis is not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, policies, or content of third-party providers or services.
Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services used in connection with the Platform.
11. Children and Minors
The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Numis does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of eighteen.
If Numis becomes aware that information relating to a minor has been collected without appropriate authorization, Numis reserves the right to remove such information and terminate associated accounts.
12. User Rights and Requests
Depending on applicable law and jurisdiction, users may have certain rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or limitation of personal information.

Numis reserves the right to:
- verify identity before processing requests;
- deny requests where permitted by law;
- retain information where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, chargeback, operational, or compliance purposes;

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Numis reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion.
Updated versions will become effective upon posting to the Platform unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
